Accessibility Statement

La Sirena Grill wants everyone to be able to find our hours, read our menu and prices, and order food. We work to make lasirenagrill.com usable for people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or voice control.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 (opens in new tab), Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What we have done

  • Built the site on an accessibility-ready WordPress theme with clear headings, page landmarks, and a “skip to content” link.
  • Checked color contrast for text, buttons, and keyboard focus indicators.
  • Made every page usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Checked that pages work at 400% zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
  • Provided text alternatives for images, including a full text menu with prices as an alternative to our printed menu image.
  • Labeled every contact form field and made error messages available to screen readers.

How we test

Our most recent review, in September 2026, combined automated testing with axe-core against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and manual checks of keyboard navigation, focus visibility, zoom and reflow, and form behavior. We review the site again whenever we make significant changes.

Known limitations

  • Online ordering is provided by Toast, a third-party platform. We do not control its accessibility. If you have trouble ordering online, call us and we will take your order by phone.
  • Our printed menu is shown as an image. Every item and price is also available as text on our Menu page.
  • Map and directions links open Google Maps, a third-party service.
